We work with you, or with your group/organization, to build customized and easily implemented tools to attain your goals. Together, we identify what needs are not being met, then we help you create measurable and quantifiable solutions.
Doula Services & Trainings
Doula.by.Donation was founded on “changing the world, one birth at a time”. TH&P is continuing and building on that foundation with ongoing childbirth education classes, doula trainings, evidence based best infant nutrition support and custom trauma informed doula packages. Our goal is to help individuals heal, one birth, one relationship, at a time.
F.D.T.B.D.
Friendly.Dog.Training.by.Donation (aka F.D.T.B.D.) works in tandem with Doula.by.Donation to serve the needs of veterans by providing affordable dog training for all, and free service dog training. TH&P is continuing and expanding these services to help people and dogs heal, one heel at a time.

Whether you need Peer2Peer Support for personal development, trauma processing and healing, or improving interpersonal communications for healthier relationships, we’ve got you covered! We start with W.A.V.E. and help you grow from there.
FDTBD
We travel to you when necessary, and also offer in person classes each quarter in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Basic training must be completed before Service Dog training can be initiated. Doula Services
It’s easy to schedule personalized doula services that meet your schedule and needs. Just schedule via Calendly, and we can build a package that will empower you to be the best parent you can be! The initial appointment is 30 minutes, and returning clients get an hour, or customized times according to your needs.
